
After years working in sales, luxury home oversight, hotel operations, and short-term rental management, I recognized a growing need in the New Orleans market for a more personalized approach to residential property oversight. Many absentee homeowners and property investors were being placed into management models designed for vacation rentals or hospitality operations, not for the unique needs of private homes and estates.

I founded The Estate Concierge Co. to provide a higher level of care, communication, and accountability for homeowners who want a trusted local presence overseeing their property while they are away. As a Louisiana native who has lived in New Orleans for more than a decade, I understand both the character of the city and the importance of maintaining and protecting property here year-round.

With experience overseeing luxury homes and managing vendor relationships, I take a hands-on approach to property oversight. I personally conduct inspections, coordinate vendors, and oversee maintenance activity so clients always know who is entering their home and how their property is being cared for. I believe that level of trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail is especially important for absentee homeowners and estate properties.
